I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and will do what is reasonable on my side to please my customers.
Please contact me if you have any issues.
Pre-made designs that need to be 'altered', 'resized' or changed in any way for a customer will not be issued full refunds. A partial refund may be issued, this will not include shipping fees.
All one of a kind pieces are non-refundable if they have been altered in any way for a customer.
- If you should need to return or exchange merchandise, I will accept returns that are in perfect condition within 7 days of purchase for the purchase price minus the shipping cost for in-store credit upon approval.
-Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed with Tracking and insurance.
***Please be sure to ship the item back insured. If it doesn't arrive in my hands... I can't do anything about it. The only way to ensure a Seamless Exchange, it to return ship with tracking and insurance. Otherwise, it will be at your own risk.***
- Shipping charges are not refunded when returning items.
- Custom orders may not be exchanged or returned due to the special nature of these orders.
