Shipping Rates:
Ontario: Free Shipping on orders over $120 before tax
The Rest of Canada will have a shipping rate calculated based on your location during checkout.

United States: Free shipping over $250CDN before tax
Orders under this amount will have a shipping rate calculated based on your location during checkout.

*****PLEASE BE SURE YOU SUPPLY THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS DURING CHECKOUT. IF THE PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO ME, YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED. SHIPPING AGAIN WILL BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SHIPPED AND RETURNED BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WRONG ADDRESS SUPPLIED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED****

If the item is made to order, please allow 1-3 weeks for me to make the piece (I can let you know a more accurate timeline via email when you order). Otherwise, I will ship non-custom items to you within three days of receipt of payment.

Multiple items may be shipped together (simply calculate total insurance cost).

All purchases valued at $5 - $500 Canadian funds will be shipped Canada Post Expedited, which will have insurance and tracking. (Canada Post transfers to U.S. Postal Service, in the USA)

You can specify uninsured if you want to but please be aware that I cannot responsible for damage or loss.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:

***International shipments may be subject to import duties and tax levies once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If your address is considered by the carrier to be in a rural zone, please allow an additional day or two for delivery.****

I will not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts". US and International governments do not allow this.
