Natural gray rosecut Sapphire set in Sterling Silver charm on a Paperclip  Bracelet or chain.

Charm has a little heart pierced out on the back of the stone ,perfect little gift to that special someone as a reminder to always follow your own heart.
The Charm is about 15mm , 5/8 inches.

Sterling Silver bracelet will come with an extra extension piece of 1/2 inch long ( 12.7mm ) or choose a 18" chain  (chain can be worn at any length up to 18") and my makers mark tag. Great little extra detail ;)
