These rose cut Triangle Atomic Amethyst and Prehnite earrings are set in Sterling Silver with 18k yellow gold accent.

These earrings are truly Unique with these shapes and color combo.

The stones are both rose cut that adds a gorgeous sparkle. 
The Amethyst and Prehnite are semi see-through and show the hand pierced hearts on the back of each settings.

Hardness : 6-6.5 (scale of Mohs)

Prehnite is a calcium aluminium silicate hydroxide that belongs to the Phyllosilicate sub-class of minerals. Its crystal system is orthorhombic.

The colour is usually pale green and yellow-green, but it can be bottle green, yellow, white, grey or colourless. Prehnite it translucent to transparent with a vitreous, waxy or pearly lustre. Prehnite is found in Australia, China, South Africa, Scotland and in New Jersey, USA.

Prehnite was named after its discoverer; Colonel Hendrik von Prehn who brought back the mineral from the Cape of Good Hope in South Africa to the Netherlands.
